TERMS AND CONDITIONS1. NO CANCELLATIONS - Please double-check your order before submitting it. Order cancellation is not permitted once the order form has been submitted or when we replied to you that you have successfully claimed an item. In terms of cancellation you will need to pay the 50% price of the item.
2. LATE PAYMENT FEE - Please be aware and reminded of the DUE DATE OF PAYMENT. Late payment fee is 50 pesos per day. In case of no payments, you will be posted as a bogus buyer.
3. If you are a minor, please inform your guardian about this transaction so that we do not become involved in any disputes between you and your guardian.
4. We are not responsible for the delays, loss, and damages caused by the seller or couriers as it is out of our hands therefore are non-refundable.
5. ALL CLAIMS are not on hand and are being sold in korean marketplace. Please be aware that we are not 100% sure that the item will be in perfect condition. There are instances wherein the seller doesn’t disclose the condition of the item, and there are instances wherein the item is damaged due to shipment. Once again, all items are non refundable, please be aware of this before claiming an item.
6. For yangdo/bunjang assistance, refund is not possible if the seller turns out to be a scammer but I will try my best to help you in any way.
7. No VIDEO proof, no replacement/no refund. It is advised that you'll take a video while opening your parcel so we can accommodate your situation. Please be advised that shipment and courier handling are beyond our control.
8. We will not allow changes anymore once you submitted the forms (order, shipping, payment forms).
9. After 3 months and you still haven't claimed your item/s, they will be considered as unclaimed or abandoned items.
10. Please only send the exact amount. We will not refund the excess payment.
11. For POB claimers. Please take note that if the sites won't provide equal distribution of members, pobs will be under pooling on first to pay basis after the ocs are sent.

2. Payment details can be seen in the payment form.
3. You can pay even without the email confirmation if you ordered under a GO, refunds will be given if problems will occur. But please always wait for the order confirmations if you ordered under CLAIMS.
4. Do know that our priority will be in favor of those who are able to submit their payments and payment forms first.
5. Pooling is always FIRST TO PAY BASIS.
6. Order Confirmations through email will be sent once all orders are confirmed. If not, refunds will be sent.
FAST ETA KR BOX SHARINGThis box sharing is mostly for light items only. Please note that the rates are based on the weight. The usual weight of photocards are 0.1 but due to the packaging weight being included in measuring, there are situations wherein the item weigh 0.8 with just one photocard and there are also situations wherein 50 photocard only weigh 0.2.There are no picture available once your item arrive at the warehouse as we won't be opening your parcel.We are not responsible and liable for the lost and damaged parcels caused by the consol and the shipping company as its out of our control.FAST ETA RATES
